The ZAMAPHARMA AG website and MediGraph MD platform are intended exclusively for licensed physicians. MediGraph MD is not a patient-facing service and must not be relied upon by anyone who is not a qualified medical professional.

MediGraph MD is an Agentic AI Clinical Decision Support platform in development by ZAMAPHARMA AG. MediGraph MD outputs — including its analyses and recommendations — are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to substitute in any way or form for the services of a fully qualified medical professional.

ZAMAPHARMA AG does not provide and is not responsible for any medical recommendation, service, diagnosis, treatment or other medical care. The physician or physicians using MediGraph MD are solely responsible for the patient's medical service, diagnosis, treatment or other medical care.

MediGraph graph database signals are computational and statistical. While utmost effort was used to derive them from stringent scientific and clinical evidence, they are inferential by nature and as of yet may not necessarily conform to direct laboratory and clinical data.

You must de-identify clinical information before submitting it to MediGraph MD. Do not submit data that identifies a patient.

ZAMAPHARMA AG, MediGraph MD, and all associated content — including the Medigraph graph database, the analyses and reports it produces, and all text, graphics, logos, interface design and underlying software — are the property of ZAMAPHARMA AG and are protected by Swiss and international copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written permission.

Reports you export from MediGraph MD are yours to use, at your discretion, in the care of your patients.

This website and MediGraph MD are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. MediGraph MD is under active development.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAMAPHARMA AG is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any clinical decision taken in reliance on MediGraph MD or any content on this website.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Baselland, Switzerland.
